So MUCH has changed.  So MUCH has happened.  I don’t even know where to begin.  I don’t know when it will end, or if it will ever end.

I’m sure I’ll find a way to tell my story some day, and soon…

I am thankful for the people who have been by my side, through thick and thin.

I am thankful for the support, concern, and love everyone has shown me.

I am thankful that I am able to learn from everything that has happened over the past few months.

I am thankful, and I am ready to move forward and achieve my goals and dreams.  I have never felt so driven in my life and I plan on seizing the opportunities in front of me, iA.

I know exactly what I want to do.  I know exactly what my goals and dreams for my life are.  I’ve been told that they are “far-fetched” by more than one person.  Those are people who do not know me and do not understand who I am.  I do not really care about what they have to say.  However, when the people closest to me tell me to keep my goals and dreams for my life under wraps, it makes me wonder who is there to support me in my quest to fulfill my goals and dreams.  Who is going to stand behind me when the people closest to me are clearly not ready to?  sigh

I need to push myself harder and harder, in order to fulfill these goals and dreams.  I need to prove everyone wrong.

Here’s to achieving my goals and dreams.  Isn’t that what life is supposed to be about anyways?

It’s been one year since I moved over to WordPress, and I haven’t looked back since!

And it just so happens that this is my hundredth post here!  Just to clarify, THAT was not planned at all!

I started this blog by posting a photo, and I am going to continue that tradition.  Here’s to many more years of blogging!

• Woke up at 7 am.  Since my body is so used to being up at that hour, I still managed to wake up then, even though I got a grand total of 8 hours of sleep this entire week.
• I fell asleep after 8 and woke up at 10:30 am.  My khala (maternal aunt) had called from Pakistan to congratulate me, so I spoke to her and my cousins.
• I fell asleep again, and woke up at 3:30 p.m.
• I helped clean the house
• I am getting ready to go to Dearborn.  Cedarland and Shatila, it’s been TOO LONG.

It feels so good to be DONE!  :D

I took my last final earlier today.  Once it was over, I was in a state of shock.  ”Was that REALLY the end of my undergraduate studies?” I thought to myself.  Yes, it was!

Graduation is at 8:45 am tomorrow!!!!  I still need to figure out what I’m going to wear, but I am EXCITED!  :)

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, so here is a quick update.  :)

• I had the opportunity of photographing the Greater Lansing Ballet Company’s Spring Concert on Sunday, April 18, 2010.  It was my first experience shooting an event as the official photographer.  It was a wonderful experience.  I thoroughly enjoyed myself and am having a great time going through the photos and editing them.  :)
• I will be done with finals in two weeks.  These next two weeks are going to be extremely stressful.  Here’s hoping I make it through without losing my mind.

• I will be almost entirely offline till finals are over.  Do not be surprised if you do not see anything besides the occasional tweet or photo upload.  But I promise I will be back very soon!

I had the opportunity of taking photos of the Berry family again, almost a year after I first took their photos.  Kasey gave birth to Calista, their third child, on February 13th, 2010, so it was time for new family pictures!
